After exploration, I found myself to be highly satisfied by taking a holistic approach to healing that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Humanistic approach. I have seen that these modalities are very effective in dealing with clients. My clients have voiced satisfaction with my therapy many times over and their referrals are testimony of my success.
I believe that given who I am, this works perfectly for me. If my clients are back on the road of life, not needing me anymore, but able to cope with life effectively after therapy, it just confirms that the approach works. The fact that I am continually referred cases endorses my approach. My excellent communication skills, empathy, understanding of what is being said from what isn’t, put me in a winning position of understanding the situation very well. The rest flows seamlessly. I believe my experience in the field holds me in good stead.
There comes a point in life when everyone faces problems/situations that are not easy to handle, and they feel the need to share their thoughts and feelings with a person who can empathize, truly validate the struggle, and someone they can trust. I’d be happy to be that someone. What you get when you come to me is total acceptance, confidentiality, a good listener, and a kind confidante with long-tested tools and techniques.
